64 Howard Road, current asking price $2.995 million, is reported under contract. It first hit the market at $3.250 million 69 days ago, so it’s likely that it’s selling for less than ask.

This is the former home of the late TV broadcaster Michelle Marsh, who was a young hottie on local TV back in my Bangor days, and made it out of Bangor to the big time. Sadly, she died young of breast cancer in 2017.
