Built in 1928 on 1.71 acres (RA-1 Zone) and renovated at some point: the original 2001 listing claimed 2006, the latest listing pushes that back to 2002, so perhaps the owner had second thoughts and undid some of her improvements?

In any event, it’s Deer Park, and that’s always a plus, regardless of the age of a house, or its style.
