A woman is suing a hospital for a loss of intelligence after claiming she fell from an operating table while having non-cancerous tumour removed.

In a statement claim lodged with Victorian Supreme Court, Leanne Toscher, 53, alleges she lost up to 25 IQ points after she hit her head when she fell from an operating table at St Vincent's Private Hospital in Victoria.
