17 Chieftans, purchased for $3.3 million in 2004, has sold for $2.295 today. It's a perfectly decent house but these days, $2.3 is about what you can get for Chieftain properties. I'm pretty sure that everyone who bought here more than, say,8 years ago, is going to take at least a million-dollar haircut.
