Less house for the same money as 17 Chieftans, but this is Old Greenwich south of the Village, not Westchester under the airport. 

Rear lot; not at all a bad thing when you're on Sound Beach Avenue. 1978 construction, which leaves me practically nothing to write about. Owners paid $1.550 for it in 2008 and did some improvements, but not so much that they won't come out nicely ahead here.
