2 Lower Cross, beyond the pale (or outside the gates anyway), November contract, closed yesterday for $4 million. Very high quality 1995 construction. It started at $5.200 in 2015, and even that was probably lower than the sellers might have hoped for ten years ago. Nice house, and though a lot of that acreage is wooded, it does provide cover, and is large enough to permit rifle hunting for deer, which is certainly a plus. 

Polo ponies are probably off limits, though.
