Contract on the western side
/20 Corrigan Lane, asking $4 million, has a buyer after just 136 days. A client of mine bought this from its financially distressed builder, unfinished, for $2.725 in 2009, then put a bunch of money into completing it and resold it when he decided to move on and become FWIW's Cuban correspondent. Nice house, but I'm still somewhat surprised that it's old ["it sold" -damn "auto-correct"!} so easily the past two times, at this price level.
But good for the sellers.
