Well no sale at all, actually, but 42 Mooreland Road, all 16,400 sq. ft. of it, has dropped its price to $12.999 million, down considerably from its original 2013 price of $26,080.

We've had plenty of time to write about this house over that period, and we have; a lot of readers have expressed a liking for the place, but I'm a skeptic when it comes to houses this big.

But eventually, someone will both like it and have the money to do something about it.
