7 Gaston Farm Road, originally priced at $6.495 million in January, 2016, was marked down to $4.8 today. Tough location, but at least the owners dumped the first agent and with her, the rather ridiculous heading "The Great Gaston Estate". I believe we had some fun with that when this first hit the market.
