14 Dawn Harbor Lane, latest price $5.995 million. It started at $6.9 million in November, 2015, before it was completed. A claimed 7, 755 sq. feet, a third of which must be buried underground.
Not a design that works for me, but Dawn Harbor's a good street and besides, neither the builder nor the buyer asked for my opinion.
