6 Stallion Trail (as redone)

When 6 Stallion Trail sold for $1.250 million last March I speculated that it had been purchased by someone who wanted into Greenwich, with a decent house and a very low price. I was wrong: the buyer updated it, painted it, and put it back up for sale for $2.285, and just 57 days later it's reported under contract.

I'm impressed.
