Price cuts seem to comprise most of the real estate news these days; perhaps that will lead to more positive news down the road

16 Greenbriar (off Round Hill) now down to $2.8 million. Buyers paid $3.995 for it in 2005, put it back on the market at $4.250 in 2016 and have been steadily increasing their loss ever since.

It’s a good looking house, but you’d expect that of any house asking millions of dollars. The trouble with our market is that there are lots of fine, multi-million-dollar homes to choose from, and not as many choosers as before.
