Bidding war on Pear Lane

One Pear Lane, an 0.72-acre building lot of Belle Haven but not in it, has sold for $3,357,777 million, on an asking price of $2.9.

The property started at $3 million on March 20 of this year but only began to attract interest in August, when it dropped to $2.9. A contract was signed October 2nd.

A client of mine looked at it but wasn’t ready to buy; I thought $2.9 was very reasonable for a lot in this location and in fact, I was surprised it didn’t sell immediately.
