New Listing in Havemeyer, priced at land value, in my opinion

62 Northridge Road, priced at $1.150 million. Northridge is one of the nicer streets in Havemeyer because it’s higher than some of the others, and affords distant views of Long Island Sound. I haven’t seen this one, and it may offer just what we professional realtors call “seasonal, rooftop water glimpses”, but most homes on Northridge do better than that.

It looks like a perfectly decent house and a good value for someone trying to get into the Old Greenwich/NoPo market, but, given recent sale prices of new construction here, I’d expect it to go to a builder, and maybe via multiple bids.
