Reader Publius reports that the search engine DuckDuckGo, a service I’ve used for several years because it didn’t filter left as Google does, has announced a new policy wherein it will now screen for ‘misinformation”.

(Brave has a search engine, but Safari won’t allow it on its browser. I’ll try it as a stand-alone, and if that’s too much trouble, I’ll switch to Brave’s browser, a move I’ve delayed because I’ll have to dig up my passwords to various sites.)
