Old Greenwich Contract

35 Sound Beach Avenue, $1.2 million, contract in 14 days. For what it is, I get it. Busy road, of course, and, while Dundee is a perfectly good school, it’s a shame that redistricting has eliminated the possibility of walking to Old Greenwich School. But the house was nicely redone back in 2006 and still looks to be in good condition. It sold for $1.235 in 2014, and $1.210 in ‘07, so this asking was in line with those sales; mind you, given the market and this quick sale, I’m sure it will be going for more than that price.
