538 Round Hill Road has closed at $4.8 million, which is what the owners paid for it in 2014. They put some money into it while bringing it up to date, and put it back up for sale in May 2017 for $5.795 and finally abandoned that effort in August 2019. Brought back at $5.495 in April ‘21, it didn’t get the COVID bounce they’d hoped for.

it’s a very nice house with beautiful grounds, so the new owners should be pleased with their purchase.
