Nice house, perhaps a challenging price

New listing today in King Merritt Acres, 116 N. Stonehedge Drive, $2.6 million. This is a very decent neighborhood, popular with those to whom our western side of town is a draw, but prices have generally been in the $950-$1.5 range, depending on the extent the 1950s homes had been renovated.

Then again, 126 N. Stonehedge, renovated in the Westchester style not so many years ago, came on last year in April ‘21 at $2.125 million and sold for $2.215, so there’s been a market shift. Up to $2.6? Stand by, and we’ll see.
