12 Grahampton Lane, from $6.195 million to $5.495. 1939 home, modernized enough for my taste, on 2.5 acres (I wonder how large the original land was?) I’m always a bit surprised when I see a gracious house built during the Great Depression, because it reminds me that not everyone lost their money back then. There’s hope for some of you in the coming debacle.
