Lots more at the link, but it doesn’t answer the larger question: where will the electricity to power these millions of new chargers come from? That may not matter, because the chargers will never get built, and the newly-demobilized peasants won’t be using much fuel from any source as they trudge off to work at the communal farms and factories, but still, I wonder.
