/10 Bowman Drive was originally listed at $2 million on August 20, dropped to $1.750 on August 27, and on October 6 was cut again, to $1.550. That last one did it — the MLS listing was quickly amended to announce that there were multiple offers and that highest and best were due no later than October 19th. That might have been hyperbole, but I don’t think so. Allowing for due diligence inspections and contract negotiations, the contract announced today seems perfectly plausible.
