The builder of 36 Cognewaugh Road, Cos Cob, has raised his price from $2,999,900 to $3.1 million. Whatever; the place is still under construction, and maybe the price of vinyl siding has gone up. But I do wish that realtors would stop with the “on the Riverside border” and, for Stamford listings, “on the Old Greenwich border” claims for their listings that are not in either. Cos Cob is Cos Cob, Stamford is Stamford. For that matter, Riverside NoPo is barely Riverside at all.
