New Listing off Glenville Road

17 Stillman Lane is back on the market, priced at $5.2 million. It sold new in 2004 for $5.450, and those buyers tried for $6.250 in 2014 before selling it to this current owner in 2015 for $4.7. 2014 was not a great time for this price range, so the loss may have been more attributable to a poor market than any undesirable features of the house.

This development has not had an outstanding resale history, but a new three-home project here seems to be doing well, and 17 Stillman was built by Bill Gardiner, who builds absolutely top-quality homes, so I’d be surprised if this doesn’t do well.
