Snuck in under the wire, a pending sale on Bedford Road

59 Bedford Road, 12 days, asking $3.395 million. I couldn’t find a site to link to that still has pictures up, but I did find a primitive YouTube you can view if you wish (you’ll want to mute it).

It looks like a decent deal for both buyer and seller. 2006 so-so construction, but not bad, and it sits on four acres on lower Bedford (just south of Audubon Lane). The owner will be doing well: she paid $2.6 for it in 2013 after the original owner cut his price from $3.595 the year before, possibly encouraged by the foreclosure action that had begun against him.
