6 Pleasant View Place, Havemeyer, was listed for $3.495 million in June, ‘22, and stayed firmly lodged at that price until March 23rd of this year, when the listing was withdrawn and put back on a few days later for $3.650. The thinking (sic) here was, presumably, that what buyers had rejected at one price, they’d leap at if it were increased by $155,000. Strangely enough, that didn’t work, so today the price was dropped to $3.494, a full dollar below what buyers were unwilling to pay before.

That just may do it. Then again ….
