The owners of 14 Gray Oaks Lane paid $2.940 for what was essentially a 2.3-acre building site, did some preliminary site work and had architectural plans drawn up before giving up on the project and putting it back on the market at $3.4 milion 61 days ago. It’s reported under contract today.

Between transaction fees and building prep work, I doubt they’ll make money on this deal, but even breaking-even in situations like this is a win, so good for them.
