A price cut off Rogues Hill Road

76 Cherry Valley Road has dropped to $2.3 million from yesterday’s price of $2.6 million, and a long way from its April, 2022 opening price of $2.950. That first price was obviously not the right one, but $2.3 would seem to offer a lot of house in a good location for what in Greenwich passes as not a lot of money.

April 2022. the nice thing about an overpriced listing is that it will sit on the market long enough for its original photos to become seasonally current again.
