Sale price reported

After a lengthy stay on the market, 3 Selden Lane, originally priced at $3.875 million, has sold, for $3.150. The sellers paid $3.450 for it in 2005, so this was probably a disappointing result.

I wrote about this property back in March when it went into contract. I thought that its unusual layout:7,000 sq. ft. sprawled across the lot, was offputting, but some readers felt that, for a family with older children, it afforded privacy and space for all. Apparently, one such family finally showed up.
