Lake Avenue contract

682 Lake Avenue, currently asking $5.3 million, has a contract. It began 247 days ago at $6.2 million, the same price these owners paid for it when it was new in 2001.
When it came on back in August ‘22, I wrote about it, and said then that its price “seemed about right”. I was as wrong in my estimate of value as this agent was, which just goes to show … something.
