313 Stanwich Road sold on Wednesday to a couple from Montecito, CA for $7.650 million on an asking price of $7.950. The sellers, also out-of-towners, paid $7.3 for it during the COVID panic of 2020, so a 4.5% return doesn’t cover transaction costs, but at this price range, I doubt that signifies.
