28 Carey Road, priced at $2.375 but 50 days on the market, so presumably, going for less than that. For those houses on the Maianus, as this one is, Carey’s a nifty street; Cos Cob School district, but a dock on Mianus Pond/River makes up for that.
No garage, but a narrow side yard allows for off-street parking, and it shouldn’t cost the owners more than $5-$10,000 to install a couple of 12-hour chargers for their Lamont cars, and surely that will suffice.
