52 Crown Lane, $4.895 million, 40 days on market. Crown’s a very nice street — good enough for Steve Cohen, and my late friend, cartoonist Jerry Dumas (whose house and fortune were both far more modest than Mr. Cohen’s, as was, probably, his nature), so its appeal isn’t surprising.
Pretty long schlep to town, though.
